Company performance and briefings normally take place on a quarterly basis in addition to the distribution of written updates and notices that communicate relevant news and information. 

As a high growth company, Treparel sets high yielding and achievable performance targets for all employees and rewards them accordingly. A measurement and review process of each employee's performance contributions is undertaken twice a year and if an individual fails to meet previously agreed standards and performance criteria, they are invited to participate in additional training and education. This process has proven to be very successful but inevitably, not everyone is able to make the grade in a high performance company.
